the staff here was very helpful and friendly. I have a lot of food allergies and the staff was very knowledgeable. They found a delicious meal for me that did not make me ill! I had the chicken feast, minus the items I couldn't have. Thank you Taziki's!!
WOW! Just Wow. I am absolutely blown away with the kindness and customer service of this location, especially from General Manager Hali. I came in and needed to order food for 6, and needed the pickup to be ready within the hour, right during lunch rush. I was stressed, a little panicked and I wasn’t sure how the outcome would be.
I cannot express how incredibly grateful I am to have met Hali. She was patient, sincere and she took the time to listen. She walked me through a few options until we found a solution that fit both the food requests and the available budget. However, the outstanding customer service did not stop there! Everything was ready on time, packaged with utensils and napkins, and it looked and tasted great! Hali went above and beyond all of my expectations in every aspect.
I will certainly be adding them to my short list for my future catering needs. If you are looking for great food and wonderful customer service, I highly recommend this Taziki’s location!
They have a nice variety of mediterranean dishes. I ordered the shrimp feast, and it was delicious. The food came to me within 10 minutes and was very clearly fresh. Overall a great experience.
