love the sub!! originally from Philadelphia, for almost five years since moving down here, i've longed to find good bread and a true sub shop (we called them hoagies up Phila, where hoagie shops abound).
Jersey Mike's in Fernandina Beach resolved my issue with their unparalleled rolls. their meats are top rate, and prices beyond reasonable for the portions they heap on the sub. cut fresh in front of you; no measured pre-portioned plastic wrapped meats slapped on a mediocre roll.
most important is a fabulous customer service team; they make you feel like family. they've never gotten my order wrong, and every sub i've purchased has had some variation of ingredients listed on the menu. they'll ask and ask again before creating the sub to ensure i get what i ordered. no greasy fries or such - they concentrate on ONE thing - the BEST subs on Amelia Island and surrounding areas. well worth the trip if you don't live on the Island.
visit Jersey Mike's at least once a week; not once have i been disappointed. i will NOT go anywhere else for an awesome sub, an impressive team that's friendly, knowledgeable, and the epitome of CUSTOMER service!
