The restaurant is neat and tidy. You will feel you are home. Authentic Taiwan food, with reasonable price. I ordered "Fly heads" and Taiwanese style braised tofu. Fly heads is kind of spicy.
First, lets go onto the appetizers. The dumplings, tang soo yook, and the shrimp tempura are the bomb! I basically devoured a whole plate of each by myself. My only regret is that my stomach was not large enough to finish off the black bean noodles- which was the best Jjajangmyun that I have EVER had in a while. The dessert was also tasty. I have no idea what it's called but it's best described as a caramelized pastry puff with a nut (peanuts?) in the center. It came with toothpicks, but don't even bother using them. I simply used my hands to pop them in my mouth. 5 stars. Period.
My gf craves the pork chops over rice every other day. It's pretty good, comes with a full egg and crispy pork chop with some sweet tangy preserved veggies, They increased the price recently though, it used to be $4.50 now it's $6.25... such a shame...
