Always excellent. Consistently outstanding. I live within a mile and have had nearly everything on the menu. Brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs... all excellent! Absolutely love the Mac n cheese... and so does everyone else as evidenced by it being sold out before the end of the day (get there early if you want to try it... seriously). Cole slaw, green beans, potato salad... all delicious! I've never had a single disappointment from their kitchen. I'm not sure where the people giving bad reviews got their food but it most assuredly was not from Blue Stack. A+!
I decided to eat here while in town, I'm from Indianapolis, and this place has THE BEST brisket I've ever had. Sooooo good!!
Excellent BBQ. The smoked chicken was moist and had a very tasty rub on it. Nicely smoked! The brisket was very moist also and incredibly tender. Black bark on the edges and great tasting!! There were 4 BBQ sauces to choose from that were on each table. The sweet bbq sauce was excellent. Didn't try the rest. The cole slaw was very fresh and tasty. Green beans average. Prices very good. Order of brisket or half a chicken was $6 plus $1 for each side. Full rack of ribs was $18. They were completely sold out of ribs cuz they were slammed with customers that day (good sign!!) Not much room to eat in. I think only 5 tables. Looking forward to going back again soon.
