One the best lunches in a long time. Great food and ambiance. Feels like an upscale restaurant where oil tycoons and ranchers would make deals with plenty of western themed decor and wood paneling. Lunch special offerings are tasty and big enough to share. Worth the trip for for the experience and vibe of older times. They do private parties on the roof top deck. This location will be closing in June of 2024 and new location closer to the Stockyards will replace it.

Amazing food for affordable prices! Went here with the family last weekend and honestly this place is my new favorite western themed restaurant. Service was very good the servers and manager were very nice and welcoming.
We ordered tamale appetizers and they were the absolute best tamales I've had in my life. Not dry at all and made with various ground meats. Served with 6 of there own tamales with fresh diced tomatoes and cilantro in the middle, and drizzled with a ranch sauce.
I had their breakfast burger special and it was just as good. Their burgers are mixed with buffalo and ground beef meat to keep the burger patties from falling apart and keeping them very flavorful. This burger had an egg, fluffy hash brown, jalapenos, and more.
Along with the burger was served homemade potato chips which were a nice touch.
Food proportion sizes are phenomenal and definitely be prepared to take some home!
Which speaking of they do package your leftovers for you in their own custom boxes and to-go bags. That's an automatic +5 points in my book.
When finished they have a display of desserts to show you. I tried the dessert taco and my best description is just joy. It reminded me of being a kid again discovering all kinds of new flavors as it was for sure packed with them. Put into a waffle cone taco it had roasted ice cream with a caramel drizzle, chocolate under the taco, strawberries for the tomatoes, and thinly sliced mint leaves for the lettuce (which I don't usually care for but with the mixture of flavors just👌).
I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to a western themed restaurant or just wanting a good bite to eat. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.
OK, you live in Dallas Fort Worth… it’s date night where do you go go? Reata. Visit the rooftop bar. Order one of the fabulous cocktails and definitely order the tenderloin tamales. Texas 75 is my favorite cocktail! Great food… Great people watching and a fun spot. When you’re done stroll downtown Fort Worth and enjoy Sundance Square.
