Wabi House in Fort Worth stands out with its diverse tapas and ramen menu. The fried pig ear and chicken karaage offered unique and savory flavors. The fresh yellowtail and scallops were delicately prepared, highlighting the quality of the seafood. The house salad added a refreshing touch, while the shoyu ramen, with its rich umami broth, was a delight.
Thanks for allowing dogs in the patio area enhancing the dining experience. It's a perfect spot for fans of both traditional and inventive flavors.
I will be back the third time when I'm back in town.
By far the best ramen I've had in a long time. I was afraid I was stuck having to go to Austin or make it at home. I'm so happy I found this place and I will stand by it as one of the best ramen I've had in a long time. I got the privilege to sit in front of the chef's and got to see them in action. They recommend me the lamb chops and they don't kid around. It's so juicy and tender - I was nibbling on the bone. The broth is good! The eggs are actually medium cooked. The price isn't that bad. I'm happy this place exists and I'll be back hungry for more!
Clean out bowl btw!
I can’t wait to go back and try more menu items. The ramen was delicious. The bone marrow with crab was rich and delicious. I love the open kitchen concept. The servers was polite and attentive. The atmosphere was hip and a cool place to hangout. They had a full bar set up. They also have an outdoor seating area with a bar.
