I've been to this location a couple of times. The staff is always busy since it's the only KFC in the area, but the food has always been well made and still warm when i get it delivered. They forget a drink or sauce almost everytime but are happy to replace it or give you your money back (when ordering on uber eats).

Service was ok. Food was as good as usual. You don't stay in business for over 60 years by serving bad food & KFC is a good place to eat in or take out. Manager needs to make rules that informs employees that customers have a right to the restroom as much as they do and to take care of their dressing needs before they come to work. Our food was cold when I sat down to eat due to an employee using the men's restroom as a dressing room and was in there from the time we 1st entered until just before we finished our meal. Had to break tradition by finally going into the ladies room to wash our hands. My young son did not understand why we were going into the ladies room after being taught so long not to do so. He's 6 years old and talked about it all the way home.😏🤭
