I have to say, I appreciate this place, not because this location necessarily is better than any other, except in one thing. Perseverance. This store recently had a lot of difficulty, and was not in the best place. But toward the end of June, there was a marked upward trend in everything. Under new management, and with a mostly new staff of dedicated employees, this store is in no way pretentious, though if they keep up the way they're going, they'll soon have good reason to be. The important difference with these people is they're driven to improve, they're humble, they care genuinely about the culture and the customer experience and, most of all, they keep going. This store is on the rise, and it's thanks to the people behind it. Keep it up.
This has been my favorite starbucks for years since it opened in 2006 under the management of Jason. to the people complaining it has no restroom or tables--they should know this is not a cafe anymore (since Covid 2020)--you can no longer sit down--it's pick up and drive through only now, probably due to the insane amount of traffic coming through. a couple years ago, a strange man became manager, and things appeared to super disorganized and all. I still went because of convenience (i pass it multiple times a day) and because of the baristas who are always kind to me. I did notice a few months ago it seemed to be more together and was told that manager was gone. makes sense--now everything seems to go way faster and more efficient in the drive through. whatever they are doing , they need to keep it up!
This is not a Starbucks that you can sit in. They have made this location very efficient since it is always so busy. You can either grab and go from inside or go through the drive through. Great morning stop for me! Love the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte and just the regular Iced Chai Tea Latte.
