Had a great experience at this location. Usually don't stop by for fast food, but they had some delicious options for breakfast. Order was made ready fast. Clean facility and clean bathrooms. The only thing is they messed up my order a bit but I didn't bother asking them to fix it, although I'm sure there wouldn't be a problem with that.

I came here today because I wanted fries and a strawberry frosty. I do this often and I have noticed they have new staff. I came with a coworker and she wanted a small chocolate frosty and I asked for medium strawberry frosty. I get to the pick up window and they had the order backwards. My small strawberry frosty had chocolate residue and was a small. I politely told the lady that I ordered the medium size. The lady in drive thru had a mean glare like I did something wrong when they messed the order up. She closed the window as I was talking. She opened it up and said the girl said you ordered it this way. I said the girl is mistaken. Instead of making a medium strawberry frosty, they made another small one and handed it to me. They semi fixed the issue but I didn’t want two cups. The proper way would have been for me to give them back the item that was incorrect ( they could throw it away or tell me to and create the correct one. I started my employment in the fast food business so I understand it gets hectic, but I was being nice and receiving mean attitudes.

Ordered a pumpkin spice frostyccino and the drive thru lady was so nice and accommodating. She asked me how would I prefer it since it wasn’t a menu item. Loved her eyelashes too lol 10/10 costumer service on her end and giiiiiiirrrrlllll she made my drink on point.
