On a wildly busy Saturday after a decent snowfall and things turning to ice, we decided we wanted some frostys for us and the kids. They were absolutely slammed, so I went in to order. The manager got to me quickly and apologized for having to say food is going to be about 30 mins. I informed him I just needed frostys, and he said, "That's no problem. I can have those for you now." I paid and then watched as ticket after ticket from doordash or uber eats kept coming in one after another. Yet he kept his staff calm, and they were all working extremely hard. It's not often you get great service anymore, especially when a place is insanely busy. However, when you do get it, it should be recognized. So that's what I'm here for to recognize the manager and his staff from this Wendy's on a cold, blustery, busy Saturday for being kind, helpful, and still getting the job done. If we ever need quick food or another frosty, I'll be thinking of this Wendy's now, thanks to the staff.
Quickly got my food but placed my order via the mobile app and it was super fresh, soft buns, not a long wait time. It was a great experience. I like to add extra pickles and usually places forget but not here 😊 thanks for the good experience since Covid but it’s hard to find any good fast food places!
I have never had a bad experience here. Though we are in the day and age of technology so you would think someone could spell "croissant". Then again I guess it's hard when the marque doesn't do spell check.
