This place is amazing I believe the managers name is Jessica she is awesome she memorizes your order she always has it down she's multitasking running the show pretty much doing it all single-handedly her staff is amazing and nice and they always have the order right by far the best location in town!

I love the chicken avocado burrito, chips & guacamole & side of beans. Food is always good. This last time there were obvious staffing issues which I understand because of the pandemic. It was pretty busy inside. Lots of spills on the floor. It was hard to find a table that was clean. Trash by door was overflowing. Took 10 minutes for the cashier to take our order. They were out of Dr. Pepper. When we were getting ready to leave an employee started complaining about working there & said he was about to go off on these people. Very unprofessional to say things like that in-front of customers. Usually I like this location but maybe next time I’ll just go through the drive-thru & eat in the car. So my 4 stars are for the food only.

I want to give a shout out to Marissa, the drive thru cashier! She made my drive thru experience so easy. She was very professional and my order was perfect!! Thank you Pollo Loco for hiring such a great person!!
