My Niece, who is a mature adult and I went to lunch here, our original plan was to go to another place close to this place, however, it was not open and we were hungry and really needed to eat NOW so we gave this place a try. To be honest, we were somewhat apprehensive. To our surprise, the lady bartender was delightful and really made our afternoon fun. Our burgers were cooked to perfection, I can't complain about the food whatsoever or the service. As s matter of fact we had a nice time, how could we not? I think we were the only people there and we really enjoy each other's company, it was however, somewhat humorous to find us there having lunch laughing away considering we are both recovering alcoholics, me for over 13 years. Will we go back? Probably not, only because it's more of a bar setting and that's not our thing, we prefer to be in settings the are not promoting drinking as much as a bar does. I want to be clear that this was a nice place and there was good food, but for people like me, it's not a good idea to make it your "favorite" hangout. It's like if you hang around a barbershop long enough - you get a haircut - know what I mean💇💇♂️. I don't ever need another haircut if you get my drift!!!
My family gets together here every year for shack burgers, pool, shuffleboard and pbrs. We love it!
Landed at "Siletz Bay State Airport-S45" then walked for a quick dinner, that was my first time at this restaurant "also at this airport", but definitely I am returning, this time I will not be alone. Note to Airmen :) this is a good spot to have the $100 burger. P.S. Landed few days after the snow storm, look at the photos.
