The food was amazing and we were there at happy hour which helped with the price. The funghi pizza was fantastic and the foie gras and cherries was to die for. Excellent staff and servers. Definitely try it.
My husband and I made a reservation here to celebrate our anniversary and our overall experience was very good. In spite of having made the reservation, we did still have to wait, which put us in a cramped spot near the bar as other couples and a large party all stood in the same place to wait. Thankfully, our table was cleared and we were seated in less than 20 minutes. Our waitress was nice and came to attend us often enough. The food was phenomenal. We started with the octopus appetizer and a side or two of the fire and herb bread with oil. From there, my husband enjoyed a hearty bowl of spaghetti with meatballs while I enjoyed a rather large bowl of the rigatoni. [Side note, the half size of any dish is more than sufficient to fill up anyone]. My dish was made with rigatoni noodles, pork, tomatoes, sweet peas, pine nuts, cream, and some other stuff I don't remember. I was thoroughly surprised by how much I enjoyed this meal. I normally don't end up liking food that is different. In all, I believe the only part that was less desirable was the loudness of the groups nearby. We hope to be able to eat here again in the future.
The entrees my wife and I had were exceptional! Shared a dark chocolate tart for dessert, quite memorable. Ordered 2 glasses of wine and had 1 delivered to the table; requested the second glass, promptly delivered but noticeably less in glass compared to first glass. At $12 a glass would have liked a fair dispensing. Overall, a quality Italian eatery.
