We were a table of 4 hoping to catch the Michigan game on the Peacock network. Faye was our server and she sensed we were a little bit sassy and went with it. We supported opposing teams (Go Blue!) and let her know that with every order. She have the sass right back. All in fun! She was attentive of our food and bevvie needs and even gave us her phone to stream the game when it froze on the screen. She needs a raise, a move up the ladder and pat on the back!
Also, our food was great, too, lol!
Great experience stop in if you get a chance. It's a smaller version of the larger chains atmosphere, I can't put my finger on it but feels like pub type atmosphere with the familiar bdub experience
I cannot say enough good things about BW3 in Kentwood. We frequently go there for lunch during work and today I ordered multiple orders online and when I went to go pick up the orders, mine was the only order that did not go through and I did not bring my purse or debit card with me. Without hesitation the manager comped my meal. I was so thankful for his generosity, and that I got to eat lunch with the rest of my coworkers, the same manager always checks all of our meals to make sure everything is correct. He also helped me with an issue when my points were frozen by contacting corporate. This manager knew everyone’s name and greeted them as they walked through the door. The entire staff is always so polite and inviting. I will gladly continue to spend my money here.
