Fast & Friendly service, inside was clean & festive , a mix of up north flavor and Mexican mixed in. Food has good flavors and better than average quantity. Arrived quickly and on time. Would recommend and plan on going back again.

My husband and I were driving south from Gaylord, on 175. When I googled for restaurants in Grayling, MI. We saw the ad for Margarita Grille. When we got there and went in, there was a sign that said, "We don't serve alcohol". This was not an issue for us, since it was 230p, but the web site stated they did and the name implies they would. When I asked the waitress about it, she stated their restaurant in Gaylord did. The name of that restaurant is El Patron. We were greeted and seated immediately. Waiter asked for our beverage order and if we wanted Chips and Salsa. There is a charge of $1.50 for the chips and salsa, but they were very good and my husband asked at the end if we could have some to take home. We expected to pay for another order, but there was no charge. My husband had the Buritto Loco and I had the Quesadilla Suprema. The food was excellent and served fast and hot. The waiter and waitress took turns checking on us throughout our time there. There is a 3% charge, if you use credit or debit, but many restaurants that we have been to lately, are doing that. We have a vacation home in Roscommon and will definitely be going back.
