We hadn't been to The Settlement for years. The opportunity came up to go there. The food is excellent. Good portion sizes. My granddaughter ordered fries and the waitress asked if we wanted to split the order between us. I said yes. My granddaughter was confused. When the food arrived she saw how many fries were there and agreed that it was a large amount. Think basket full. By the way, Friday night has fish fry. You think a single order would be enough definitely. If you order double or triple order you're either taking it home or you planned on sharing it. Overall, I was impressed yet again. This place has been in business for decades. There is a reason for it. The food was good then. Forty years after first experiencing The Settlement, the food is still great.

Got the combo platter and it was all worth it! The staff was nice and the food was worth every penny. Will definitely be back!

Used to be a semi regular stop & unfortunately can't get there like I used to. The food is still very good there. Still unable to finish all the cheese curds they give you.
