This is our 5th time here and I can’t believe I didn’t write a review sooner. The food was so good that I wanted to keep this place a hidden secret. Coming from Los Angeles, I was spoiled with good Korean food. I can tell you this place is just as good as the famous Koreantown in LA. My wife and I tried almost everything on the menu because we were fortunate to eat with a large group of family members the other times we dined out. My personal favorite is the seafood tofu soup (soon tofu). There is something about a good soup that can heal your soul.

The day I visited, the restaurant was staffed by Korean women, who spoke good English, but Korean was obviously their native language. The reason I mention this is it gave me high hopes for authentic cuisine. I was not disappointed - the Soon Tofu with pork was delicious and accompanied by five very tasty banchan (small side dishes). The soup was served with a raw egg in it. I ordered 3 out of 5 stars and found the soup moderately spicy. Service was prompt and efficient. What a find! I can’t wait to try more on the menu.

Great experience, the waiter who is the son in-law of the owner was very helpful towards us and shown the complete patience and helped us choose our dishes since we wanted to try some new Korean cuisine. Our food was so delicious and beautiful presentation, I love the kimchi and the pickles. The pot stickers were really good, our main dishes were the dolsot bibimbap, gimja tang, and maewoon bulgogi. One thing I love about this restaurant, is a couple came in and the waiter already knew what they wanted to drink and eat since they go there so often, was pretty funny but I respect that,

If you have not ventured to KOREAN BBQ in Greenville, you are missing out! We usually drive to Atlanta for authentic Korean cuisine but this is our ONLY restaurant of choice when we want Korean but want to stay local. Don’t let the location fool you (tucked away by the Red Robin gas station off Woodruff Road). If anything it’s hidden there because it is a rare gem of various tasty Korean fare. Oh and you haven’t lived until you’ve tried their Kimchi Fried Rice!!!

So happy I found this place a very small dining room 11 tables with very friendly staff and the best authentic Korean dishes I've ever had. I was so pleased with my experience here the food was absolutely delicious. If I lived in the area I would be a regular here. There was no part of my meal that was unsatisfying fresh hot and excellent service clean. You could tell that locals know this place but this place could do big things. I will be back on future visits in the area I can't wait to try something else.

If you live in striking range to Greenville and you rather not drive to Atlanta to get authentic Korean cuisine, look no further. Check out Korean BBQ. My favorite is the Dolsot Bibimbap in the hot stoneware. Love it!

We ordered the Dweji Bulgogi and Dolsot Bibimbab! Never tried Korean food before, so this was a first and it wasn't too bad! Great service and a very clean environment!

Favorite place in Greenville! I live in Spartanburg but I will make the drive just for this place. Delicious little family run restaurant with homemade dishes that can’t be found anywhere else in gville. If you like Korean food, then you will like this place…they also sell their kimchi( which is amazing!!).
