This is our 5th time here and I can’t believe I didn’t write a review sooner. The food was so good that I wanted to keep this place a hidden secret.
Coming from Los Angeles, I was spoiled with good Korean food. I can tell you this place is just as good as the famous Koreantown in LA.
My wife and I tried almost everything on the menu because we were fortunate to eat with a large group of family members the other times we dined out.
My personal favorite is the seafood tofu soup (soon tofu). There is something about a good soup that can heal your soul.
The day I visited, the restaurant was staffed by Korean women, who spoke good English, but Korean was obviously their native language. The reason I mention this is it gave me high hopes for authentic cuisine. I was not disappointed - the Soon Tofu with pork was delicious and accompanied by five very tasty banchan (small side dishes). The soup was served with a raw egg in it. I ordered 3 out of 5 stars and found the soup moderately spicy. Service was prompt and efficient. What a find! I can’t wait to try more on the menu.
Great experience, the waiter who is the son in-law of the owner was very helpful towards us and shown the complete patience and helped us choose our dishes since we wanted to try some new Korean cuisine. Our food was so delicious and beautiful presentation, I love the kimchi and the pickles. The pot stickers were really good, our main dishes were the dolsot bibimbap, gimja tang, and maewoon bulgogi. One thing I love about this restaurant, is a couple came in and the waiter already knew what they wanted to drink and eat since they go there so often, was pretty funny but I respect that,
