Food was good, fast service, and prepared well. Great. Now let’s talk about Maurice. Seriously KFC, this man needs to be doing your commercials. At first, my husband and I thought it must be one of those super upbeat recordings welcoming us to our local neighborhood KFC, and expected that to be followed by some burned out employee. Nope. Not at all. It was all Maurice. He treated taking our drive-thru order with as much enthusiasm as if he was serving the Queen of England. We could hear him joking with staff too and just bringing such a positive attitude to the restaurant. We have never experienced anything like it at any restaurant before. KFC, y’all need to recognize Maurice’s talent and enthusiasm. Put him on your commercials. And Maurice, you’re the MVP of restaurant employees.
Quick and friendly service. The chicken was hot and delicious. I don't care for their fake honey spread for the biscuits and they had no butter. That is a corporate problem. This location is easy to get in and out.
Some may think a "4" rating is too generous for the Colners
stand by. I was not optimistic,
however, I used their online app and the pickup was perfect!
They now have HUGE plastic bags that they hermetically seal once the order is completed. This assures delivery customers that the food remained pristine and untouched until they open it!
The website. I've had experience designing web pages and more importantly, the Human Interface. Their Ordering System is neither understandable or elegant. But hungry enough you'll slog through it.
The chicken and sides have never been better!
