This is hands down the BEST place to get Pho & Bobba bubble tea in Baltimore! The customer service is always phenomenal, and the employees are so excited to take care of you!! Food is excellent, tastes delicious and always consistent in appearance, taste and portion! Atmosphere is laid back, modern and very CLEAN!!! The man in charge, Paul was so nice! After an awesome conversation, he hand delivered my food and welcomed me back for the next time. I HIGHLY recommend Phubs to anyone who wants a delicious meal from a genuinely admirable food spot!! Ive reviewed before but i just have to say as a weekly customer the customer service keeps getting better and better... Always request extra meat and as of today requested extra noodles as well and they are more then happy to oblige... I cant say enough great things about Phubs great people amazing customer service and delicious food... Definitely hard to come by these days but you guys have it figured out!
