I love this particular Dominos and I think it's because no matter what complaints I have had in the past, it was always handled and taken seriously, and rectified the mistake.
1. The parmesan bites were super oily and made me and my kids sick. They advised that they had a new way to put the oil/butter on, and apologized. They refunded me, then advised that in the future to mention not to put the so much oil. I thanked them for being nice about it.
2. Wrong order/missing item delivered- they gave me the wrong pizza order, then forgot to give me pasta. They advised that they would bring over the correct pizza and pasta. Which they brought quickly. I was also advised to keep the mistaken pizza. Sadly, everyone could eat it but me, since I had a bad allergic reaction to pineapples.
The food is always on point and consistent. I never have trouble calling them. They are always willing to help. They actually all say "Hello" (including the drivers) when I walk into the store to pick up my order (which is kinda different), which has been enjoyable. All in all. I love this Dominos.
This is the best Domino's Pizza I have ever ordered from. Pizza is delivered quickly and it's always piping hot and delicious. Delbert, Jeff, and Alex are the best delivery drivers! Highly recommend if you have ever been disappointed at another location to try this one.

I placed an order online with the convenient coupons. I got a large 3 topping pizza. Sounds great right? I know. That's why I got it. With a Dr. Pepper of course. Anyways I put in special instructions for the driver. The instructions were.. Say "I got the goods, Glenn Coco" (My name is Glenn). I wasn't sure if they really were going to do it... So I called the store to make sure. Some chill bro answered the phone and I told him my order was placed online to save him his good time. I asked if Luis was making my pizza. He assured me the 3 best people were crafting my delicious pizza. I was in fact assured. I then went on to explain to him the instructions and he had told me the instructions got cut off (Good thing I called to make sure). So I clarified the instructions and he recited the whole scenario to me clearly to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. And he explained it exactly how I imagined it happening... "As I open the door, right when the driver sees my face protrude from the doorway he will then say gracefully to me "I got the goods... Glenn Coco." I will then present him with a gracious tip to insure save travels."
Best pizza order i've ever had. 10/Pizza, Would Pizza again.
