Without a doubt, the food and service is over the top snd 5 star. Our waitress Ellen Bernsten was great, and while my filet was the best ever.....could cut with a fork....all the other dishes were equally original and delicious. One thing, turn down the lights at night.....it’s like an operating theater!!
Set this place down in midtown or Galleria in Houston, and triple your prices...dim the lights, and they will be lined up outside just waiting to get in....
5stars!!
Today after 10 days we finally were able to have our Valentine’s date. Well there is so many choices now but we decided to do the driving to Blue Springs Grill and it was totally worth it!
We came in and got great it right away place was almost empty the inside is nice it’s has wood all around but i just feel looks a lilttle empty like needs a better atmosphere however we had a quiet and nice dinner with the sound of the rainfall outside.
We had crab cakes appetizer and they were really good, they were crisp in the outside and hot and delicious on the inside. Just enough sauce with a really nice simple presentation. My wife had the Rib Eye and it was cook medium rare to perfection juice and the flavor was delicious. The steak was well marked but not burned that all. I had the berry salad with strawberry vinaigrette and I feel it needed less strawberry and more vinaigrette in the dressing however the salad was fresh and nice! We end up with chocolate lava cake with ice cream and that finished a very delicious meal under $60 for two people. Totally worth the drive and try it out! — drinking Eating dinner with Destiny Eligio at Blue Springs Grill.
I believe this was the best steak I've ever eaten. The steak was medium rare throughout and every bite was perfectly seasoned. The asparagus was tender and well seasoned. Didn't have to use salt or pepper on anything because the chef seasoned everything for me. So impressed with this restaurant.
