Breakfast before day of shopping
Before setting out for a day of shopping, stopped to get breakfast. We got the American and French breakfast. They were cooked to expectations and served immediately after being cooked. So the food reached us hot. Definitely a good start to our day.
Nice atmosphere, warm fire burning too, good food
Good food - we enjoyed the sampler special - nice sized salad, 1/2 quiche, soup. Comes with the wonderful bread, butter and jam as always.
Also enjoyed raspberry lemonade, though we both found it quite sweet. We cut it with some water and that helped.
Always enjoy the atmosphere.
Would dine there again.
We ate a late lunch. I suspect during busy times it would be quite noisy.

Located in the lower level by the ice rink, this is a good option for a quick and tasty lunch while visiting the Galleria. Line up at the counter to place and pay for your order and then the food is delivered to your table (if ordering something cooked).
A varied menu to select from with quite a few tempting pastries that always catch my attention. I opted for the spinach and strawberry salad with added chicken. The salad was mixed in a bowl while I waited in line. To this I added a bottle of perrier and helped myself to a few slices of the fresh bread that is on offer (free) at the drinks area.
There is inside and 'outside' seating options so its a perfect people watching location.
