Been here a couple of times and I love it! Great place for groups large and small, dog friendly, great cocktails, fantastic food, and the staff is very friendly. There’s even plenty of parking especially on a Monday!
A solid neighborhood beer bar. A substantial selection of every category. I loved the IPA on tap. The atmosphere is very nice. Lots of tables in unique niches for privacy and room for groups. Lots of atomizers to keep the ambient temp comfortable for most non-natives(me). Lots of room to park. Solid….
Hopping Nights at Heights Bier Garten
Wandered into Heights Bier Garten for a friend's birthday celebration, and what a delightful find! The ambiance strikes the right chord - think breezy open bar with intimate tables, all under gentle, ambient lighting. Plus, big screens dotted around, ensuring you don’t miss out on the sports action.
The beer side of things? Impressive! You're not only treated to a wide beer menu but also the luxury of tasting before choosing. The staff knows their brews, often suggesting hidden gems. A friend requested a michelada not listed on the menu, and voila! They whipped it up in no time.
But for cocktail aficionados, make your way across the quaint patio to the cocktail corner. The bartender there is nothing short of a magician. I watched, mesmerized, as he conjured a mezcal creation, topped off with a fiery flourish. Wish I had captured that performance!
While I didn't dig into the food, my nearly ten friends did, and their plates told a story of delicious flavors and satisfied cravings.
Would I go back? In a heartbeat! Whether to catch a game, savor a beer, or simply hang out, Heights Bier Garten is now on my go-to list. A heads up about parking: it’s a $7 valet or you can try your luck on the street (which is a bit of a challenge). So, keep those seven bucks handy!
