Got a groupon for an 8 course meal for two to Tandoori Hut Indian restaurant, so we decided to try them out tonight. The food was really good and oh so plentiful. The service is very good too. Everuone was kind and attentive and beyond welcoming. It's a bit of a drive but worth it. They even let us pick out what we wanted from the menu. We didn't even put a dent into our meal, there was so much food. I highly recommend
This place is a solid 3 but I made it 4 for the service. The gentleman who served us was very warm and friendly. He offered salad 🥗 without asking and when our cauliflower Manchurian order went wrong (it had way too much salt) he investigated and apologised as they had marinated it incorrectly and got us samosas on the house. I appreciated his approach and specially that he accepted what we mentioned as often times restaurants just brush it off and make it look like it’s our fault and not a deficiency at their end. The lady who was serving us was also very warm and attentive. I enjoyed the overall experience they make up for their sub par food with exceptional service. Another opportunity is for clean restrooms.
The restaurant exudes a warm, inviting ambiance, perfectly setting the stage for a memorable dining experience.
The menu, rich in variety, offers a delectable journey through India’s diverse cuisine. The standout dish for me was their signature Tandoori Chicken – marinated to perfection, its flavors were a harmonious blend of spices, cooked just right to retain its juiciness. Each bite was a testament to the chef’s mastery in traditional Indian cooking.
Equally impressive were their vegetarian offerings. The Paneer Tikka, with its delicate balance of spices and perfectly grilled paneer, was a delightful surprise, catering wonderfully to diverse taste preferences.
What truly sets Tandoori Hut apart, however, is their impeccable service. The staff was attentive, offering recommendations with a smile, and ensuring a comfortable dining experience. Their knowledge about the cuisine added a personal touch, making the meal not just about food but an educational journey into Indian culture.
