The staff was extremely accommodating to myself and my mother so she could see a show that she wanted to see for a long time. She has cancer and it makes her moving around hard they were great to let me in to help her in and out and let me park close so we could get in and out easily.
I can't be more appreciative of our experience with the staff and venue.
Great music, great sound, intimate spot. One of Texas' best listening rooms. You should definitely pick a show and come experience some great singer songwriters. They also have a surprisingly large beer selection and a kitchen if you're hungry.

You're flanked by champions the moment you walk into this place, their portraits hung on the wall on either side. Over five decades as one of Houston's most iconic venues, it has hosted the likes of Townes Van Zandt, Lyle Lovett, Nanci Griffith, Robert Earl Keen, and many more. Live albums, television segments, and even a documentary. The staff of dedicated volunteers work year round to keep the legacy alive, shutting down in the summer for renovations and repairs, and then starting back up in the fall with weekly concerts, benefit events, and monthly songwriter circles. Come take a spin on the red brick floor and pay your respects to all those who came before. It's well worth the pilgrimage.
