The drive thru was busy. So we order thru the kiosk. It looked like they were short handed. My son wanted to try the grimace shake but they were out of it so he got a strawberry shake instead. They were playing some loud music in the kitchen and you could hear the staff complaining on how many order of different items they needed. It also looked like some of the staff had friends coming in to hang out. Not a good look.
This is a relatively solid Mcdonalds to be a patron of, however, as is the case with most Golden Arch locales, its ability to be consistent leaves something to be desired and is particularly noticeable during late night hours. (They've got the types that will just decide they're "not taking orders right now" during normal business hours, as well as typical mcdonalds inconsistencies with food quality control/preparation.)
