The new owners have put their spin on the original Palios recipes and man is it so good! My family loves this pizza! We normally get a large pizza (half with green olives), but decided to try the King Kong. Holy cow! So big but so good! The salads and their ingredients you can tell are fresh! The family that now owns the place is so genuine and nice! Of course there are a few bumps, as they have just opened but they seem very open to feedback, which is amazing! I am excited for this place! Go support them, you won’t regret it!
Went for a soft opening and the pizza was amazing. It had the perfect cheese pull and lots of toppings. The service was excellent. Can’t wait to try more items
Recently discovered the place… having had a family business twice since I moved to the USA I am absolutely sold when I find an entire family working hard to succeed on their business this family is doing exactly that with their small pizza place.
Today I tried a pizza that has Alfredo Sauce on it and it was great! They tossed the edges of the pizza with sesame and I loved it!!!! Also, the chunks of green onions add aroma, depth and a new flavor to the pizza that I have never tried before!
It was well cooked -not undercooked as sometime I have regrettably found in other places- and I eat it at home around 20 minutes after getting it and it was still warm and delicious.
Also tried the chicken tenders and they were pretty good too! You can’t go wrong with chicken tenders!
It is my first time here but it won’t surely be my last!
