I eat here a lot! And I would have been happy to give them five stars, however I have had 1 very unpleasant experience! I once waited over an hour to pick up food, no one told me of the long wait and they didn’t seem particularly slammed. If I have to wait more than 25 minutes, I expect to be told. When I brought it up with the manager on duty, he was very rude and unapologetic. It just takes one bad experience to taint someone’s impression of your establishment.
I always get exceptionally friendly and professional service from the staff here 💙
Unfortunately, when the store manager is working the front, service is very abrupt and not nearly as courteous.
No utensils, napkins, or condiments were included in my #FavorDelivery customer's order. Not really the store's responsibility; but, if your employees do that for me, why can't you?
No smile with the service either 🚫☺ ☹
You could learn a lot from the people who work for you, ma'am. Please lead by example and I guarantee you'll see 5 stars 🌟 next time!

I'm very impressed with the service of this particular Pei Wei.
To start, despite the long lines and large number of orders, the crew is very respectful and deserve a lot of credit for going the extra mile to provide food orders way past their closing time.
As usual, the food (Japanese steak and shrimp noodle bowl and the pad Thai) is excellently prepared and their portions are generous. Best snap peas and peppers in the business :)
One thing to note - the app and online order process needs a big update. The order status automatically changes to "complete" even if there is a large order queue.
