I will definitely be back... It may look like your average neighborhood food joint, but JDykes Food Court is anything but! I wandered in with my friend on a Monday Afternoon and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. OMG! Cleanliness. It is the cleanest little place I ever encountered for a neighborhood food joint. I ordered the Whole Wings, Steak Fries, and Texas Toast Basket and a bottle of water. My friend ordered the Boudain Basket. When our orders arrived, The wings were fried golden brown. The presentation of the wing basket was very impressive. our expectations continued to be exceeded. The chicken batter, flavorful, and tasty. The Wings and Steak Fries worked together beautifully. The wings were packed with flavor, and the steak fries were seasoned to perfection. The Texas Toast buttered perfectly. No grease stains in the bottom of my basket. By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit. Don’t let appearances fool you—the decor may be a little different but the foods are fantastic. This place is perfect for groups or a casual meeting or lunch date. I recommend it highly.
