I visit Taco Bell at least 3 times a week! Just wish my order was the same? I ask for extra Steak, extra Cheese Sauce and extra Chipotle Sauce with Onions! Get maybe 1 of three! Disappointed when you pay over 10 bucks! Started looking at order before I drive off! Lol

Excellent after-hours drive-thru munchies stop! The service was fast and smooth. I was visibly disappointed when I saw the smaller-than-expected size of the medium blended flavor ice drink. As I asked her, with my disappointed face, "oh man.. THIS is what a medium looks like?" She says: "Don't worry about that. I got you!" and without missing a beat she is on top of it and in seconds hands me a large and says, "I got you! Have a blessed night!" I actually felt guilty that I didn't have any cash on me to tip her! Because I certainly would have! Now THAT'S what customer service looks like! Of course the tacos are always great and the burritos are easy to eat while driving home. Oftentimes, a typical ordinary customer experience, at 2AM, when things slow down and no one else is around, or paying attention, can be an opportunity to create an "EXTRA-ORDINARY" encounter with a simple act of kindness or, in this case, a small gesture of appreciation from a front-line employee. I look forward to coming back when we're in that area of town next month. I'll also be prepared next time with some cash for a tip. She definitely earned it that night!
