Having shut down our bar with the onset of COVID and faced with the daunting task of "What do we do now?", I contacted Ashley at Ala Carte. My request of Ashley was anything but simple, "I just need you to make this vacant building into a downtown institution, like my neighbor Frank's Pizza." Now several months later, in that former vacant spot, sits our thriving new restaurant Solecita Churreria y Taqueria. Ashley and her team did an amazing job, from the concept, through remodeling, the decor, menu development, pricing, operations, etc... truly turnkey. Time will tell whether this becomes as successful as my neighbor, but everything is in place to make just that happen. I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Ashley to help me with this project.
We had an amazing experience with AC Catering! I worked with them to throw a party for 50+ people with only a week to spare. The team at AC came to me with creative ideas to make the experience truly unique. We agreed to a pig roast - that included sides, appetizers + bar service. The food was amazing and they executed on every little detail from outdoor seating, tents and extremely great staff. The party was a HUGE success - our guests were so impressed and the experience made my job as host stress-free and enjoyable. AC over-delivered and accommodated every step of the way - I highly recommend them for your next event, big or small.
