First visit. There are faded pictures in the windows of the menu, only a few with English labels; the handwritten menu board is in Chinese and Vietnamese with only brief English names, so it's pretty confusing. The specialty is roast meats - pork, duck, chicken. There is also what I think is called Salt Steamed Chicken, which is a Malaysian dish originally, so I guess this really is 'Asian' instead of specifically Vietnamese.

There is a daily special of 1 meat + 1 side for $4.95 and 2 meats + 1 side for $5.95. I got roast duck with bok choy and was charged $7 so apparently there's a charge for the rice, which I wasn't asked or told about.

Nice moist, flavorful meat, loved the bok choy, and I have enough leftover rice for a week.

There were other side plus other mains besides the roasted meats but none were labeled in English. The owner or manager did come around front of the counter to try to explain things for me, though and I will go back, hopefully with someone more knowledgeable about the offerings.

Unlike the similar place down the street (Dac Hung), there is adequate room for dining-in and most of the tables were occupied.

If you are looking for authentic, no frills, just great roast pork, char sui pork, roast duck, this is the place to go. Forget the low rating. We Asians don't eat service or atmosphere; we only care about quality. We drive from The Woodlands to pick up meats for our meals and it's worth it! Not dry. So fatty and tasty. Just do it! And, they are selling individual moon cakes!

I know this place for a while but never got a chance to try it out until now. Try two soy-sauce chicken quarters. Great value and good taste (and it was the end of the day). It was season just right and juicy. I would definitely be back to try other options, like the pork and duck. If you still haven't give place a try now is a good time. They are currently running a 15yr anniversary promotion.

This is a local Viet restaurant that I visit every now and then. I haven't been to it in years until recently but I'm glad that the food quality has remained the same. Still amazing and reminds me of authentic home cooked Viet dishes. We ordered the Dinner for 2 (relatively cheap for the amount of food you get) and chose option 2A. It came with 4 dishes alongside a pot of rice. I think the portion of the salad and chicken may have downsized but I didn't find it to be a problem because altogether, the 4 dishes filled us up. The fish clay pot comes out hot and steamy which is great. The finale and last dish was the Sour Catfish Broth which comes in a huge serving bowl (so much that we had alot leftover). Keep in mind, this place is pretty compact and only has a few tables for dine in (4-5 ish) but we didn't have that problem when we went but something to keep in mind if it's busy. Also worth noting, they only accept cash. All in all, this place is a good bang for your buck!

Place was busy, even on Thanksgiving day. Cash only like a true Asian restaurant. I got a roast duck, which tasted great. Not salty and meat was juicy. Also got 1 lb of roast pork and delicious as well

We tried Roast Pork and Bbq pork at this place. Roasted pork is crispy and tasty. Bbq pork is a little sweet, but it is ok in general. Customer service is great and of course cash for payment.

Family owned with traditional recipes. Roasted pork & Roasted duck - Perfectly marinated and crispness. Fried rice - Moist rice and lots of meat! Pho - VERY good. They don't cut corners here. You can taste the sweetness of the beef bones they use to make the broth.

Comes with a soup and good BBQ meat of your choice. Come early cause if its later its not hot and fresh..

We are a Salvadorian couple that love to try new foods. We love the egg rolls here they are the best we have ever had. The BBQ pork is great with green beans in garlic sauce on the side! La comida esta riquisima, si buscan comida vietnamita este es in sitio perfecto.

Cash only. Roasted pig and duck are the bombs. Best in chinatown. Leftover is still delicious no doubt.
