Driver: 18 Wheeler 53ft trailer. It's pretty easy to dock, assuming you have experience. The space is tight. I was assigned dock 1, which is the easiest dock of the 3. The unloading process is quick. At the same time, due to the shipper placing a variety of different items on pallets, it can cause slight storage and paperwork delays. Staff is professional, and as a safety protocol, they'll assign 1-2 spotters to help you back in. They will even open a gate to allow for more room to straighten out your truck. Once docked, I was given a tour of the facility and shown the restrooms and employee breakroom, where I helped myself to free snacks and coffee. Don't let Google Maps intimidate you into rejecting the load. Goodluck.
It’s super tight if you’re driving a 18 wheeler, and there’s no parking onsite so don’t show up too early . But i would deliver here anytime the guys here are super cool they will even help you dock. 10/10 , but if you’re not good at tight docks don’t even bother also you must park inside of the center divider which might require a u-turn . And walk around back to the docks for help if they don’t come to you first . But seriously I never been to a shipper where they have so much patience and professionalism. Thank you 😊
For semis: cannot turn in directly from the road. You must park on the street, and walk in and let them know you're there. Dock can only handle 1 semi at a time,.so wait for them to tell you when to come in. After, pull up passed the construction cones.and do a U-turn on the street and then come in in that way. Excellent service. And very fast unloading.
