I visit when I'm in town visiting my mom. The sermons are upbeat and relevant. The choirs are amazing. This is my mom's church. She has been so happy here. The Church at Bethel's Family does so much for the community and even for those from out of their community like during Harvey. This church gives back in so many ways. Pastor August cracks me up he is funny when he needs to be and serious when it's called for. Wednesday afternoon and evening Bible Study are both like going to a Sunday service. Come early to get a good seat.

Since I have relocated to Houston (1 year now), I've been visiting Bethel's. Pastor August as well as the church family go beyond to make you feel welcome. If you want your soul fed...stop by! Awesome Pastor delivering The Word. You'll definitely be pleased!!!

Bethel ' s Family is one of the best churches in the Fondren Southwest community. Pastor August is an awesome preacher. He not only preaches the word,he is a doer of the word. Bethel ' Family is very active in the community, always welcoming you with open arms.
