I typically go with whatever the daily combo is, doesn't matter beef, chicken and pork are all fantastic! They have a great gluten free bun but the fries are cooked in the same oil as gluten containing items so if you are Celiac's you might steer clear. The smoked gouda grits are worth the calories and are topped with a bit of cinnamon apples for a touch of sweetness.
I have dined here (and take away) a good number of times and the services has always been spot on. Sometimes gets a bit loud during peak times but conversation is still possible.
I loved the atmosphere of this place and the staff that I interacted with were super friendly and knowledgeable about gluten free needs. If you require to be gluten free for medical reasons, I would give this place a shot. The guy taking my order knew about cross contamination issues and the cook staff cleaned their work area/changed gloves prior to preparing my burger. The fact I was able to actually have a burger on a SOFT, GF bun was ��. It was so delicious!! The kale slaw was tasty! My husband had the pimento cheese and jalapeño fries and he said they were good. We will go back and hopefully have another successful experience!
Fantastic - really enjoyed eating here today - best burgers in town! The sweet potato hush puppies were like dessert. Fast service and great food.
