Went here with my boyfriend, was greeted immediately. Seating was our choice, and the waitress was extremely attentive and very friendly. I ordered the tortellini modo mio with grilled chicken. The chicken was cooked well but definite not grilled but the over all fish was very good. My boyfriend ordered the Veil Parmesan. We both had salads, his was a way over dressed ceasar and I had a house salad with Italian. The Italian dressing was strange, they mixed regular Italian with marinara sauce. Not my cup of tea. The parking is not good here. Overall 4 stars for food, and the wait staff.
Had the Manicotti and Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo both were incredible, the Chianti they served was very soft and paired well with the tomato sauce, that I felt was one of the high points for the dish. The riccota was some of the best I have had in the Manicotti. The service however needs to be discussed, if you can get Michael (nothing against the other wait staff but he made our night special and treated us better that we ever have been in a restaurant setting), you will have one of the best nights out you have had in a long time just like me and my girlfriend did.
We like more authentic Italian food, so when we recently moved to this area we looked right away for a mom and pop type Italian joint. We were happy to find Luigi's. The food was great! We had the Luigi's Special pasta, Spaghetti "the works" and a small Hawaiian pizza. Everything was so so tasty! We will be back.
