That order sat and sat on the counter for ten-ish minutes, with nobody claiming it. Shayla notices and checks the dining room - which is when an we sees the elderly couple with coffee/no food. Effortlessly she grabs plates, knives, and napkins and delivers tableside with a smile. She didn't have to do that, it isn't what you sign-up for when you come to Einstein Bros, I can only hope that my Mom is treated as well as this.
