TL;DR- best Arby's I have been too, greeted instantly when walking in, polite manner of speaking, answered questions I had and whole crew was mirroring that managers behavior. Hot food and clean store. Building might be old but that was the freshest.i have ever felt at an Arby's
Service: Okay so I walked in through these doors. Instantly greeted by a manager and was asked if I was ready to order. I said no not sure and he responded with saying if I had any questions let him know. I did since I had not been to Arby's in a while and he knew all the options, including giving recommendations based on tastes he asked about. Payed and sat down and waited barely two minutes and when I went to get stuff they asked if I wanted any sauces and to mention his name if I needed anything. Im..I'm... genuinely amazed at this really. I have given 5 stars for service less than this and now I feel like I should edit it.
Food- extremely hot fries and great looking sandwhich overall. Stuff was spread evenly and the stuff I wanted added was there and was not stingy about it, condiment and sauce station was fully stocked and looked very clean overall. Solidly impressed by this. It's hard to make pre shredded lettuce look good, they managed it.
Cleanliness- A+ seriously there was nearly nothing in that lobby that had a smear on it. There was a section under the middle booths that needed swept a small amount but that's just day to day not built up.
Genuinely impressed with the staff and crew at this location overall, if I want Arby's again im gonna come here.
I went in here because the day before I had went to the Arby's in Beech Grove and the service and especially the food was horrible. So I went to this location the next day and showed them a picture of a roast beef from the beech Grove location I asked the guy if they're roast beef look like this and he made a face like ewwww and he said no ours does not, this location was extremely helpful, very nice and listen to me complain about another location but at the same time understood why I was complaining I appreciate them for being so friendly and listening, so I purchased two roast beef from this location and the difference was absolutely insanely crazy. Here will be two photos the very very dark nasty looking one is from Beech Grove and the nice pretty one is the one from Franklin road and East Washington can you see why I was upset at Beech Grove?? not to mention I spent $45.68 that night for dinner to disappoint four people.
I purchased the new Burger on East Washington and Franklin Rd. This is by far the best fast food burger I've ever had. Great Job Arby's.
When people joke and ask, Who is keeping Arby's open?" I laugh and say it's me. I'm keeping Arby's open. I always order sm. curley fries, or 4. mozzarella sticks, with 6. premium nuggets or the fish sandwich when it's on the menu. Now I'll add this burger to my favorites.
The day that I purchased this burger, I had a sm. curly fry and small Dr. Pepper. The burger is big. I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner.
Thank you Arby's. This one's a keeper.
