I love it here. It's such a big open space with seating around the edges. The working space for when they make your ice cream is behind big glass screens, so you can safely watch the show as they do their magic. They use liquid nitrogen to make it, so it's fun to watch, and might take a little longer than a store where the ice cream just needs to be scooped up and put in a cup or cone, but that's what makes it fun here.
The staff were friendly, and the process wasn't really all that long. Lots of flavours to choose from, as well. The ice cream itself was beautiful and creamy and I couldn't even finish it all. It was beyond heaven and would thoroughly recommend it here for a treat sometimes. Parking can be a teeny bit problematic, but trust me, it's worth it.
Fun to watch how they make your ice cream in front of you from scratch. There are a lot of options to chose from. My all time favorite is taro ice cream with mixed in almonds. As of price - those guys are pretty expensive, that’s maybe good, cause will keep you from indulging in this calorie-packed paradise on everyday basis.
One of my the most favorite ice creams that I've tried. Matcha Green Tea is a real killer. Never tried that much deep flavor. Also the way they serve it also looks amazing and at first keep all your attention on how does this ice generator works. Though it brings us an extra waiting time as the process is really complicated a bit.
Anyway, I strongly recommend this place for the unique flavors that no one else has, and for a well known flavors that they do just much better and more fertile.
Great place offering a good variety of ice cream flavours made before your very eyes. I only wish they would take the time to have someone clean the tables and chairs regularly due to the quick turnaround.
The tiramisu ice cream is amazing with kit kat pieces. The ice cream making process is fun to watch and even though the lines can be long at times the atmosphere is enjoyable and the ice cream is worth the wait. 🍦
It is worth the little extra time it takes to make for this indulgent little treat. Try to make it work with the coconut base though, waaayyyy less calories than the other options. You and your kids will love watching the liquid nitrogen fog.
Not your typical scoop of ice cream. Pick a base and a flavor, then they mix it with nitrogen to create an extra creamy customized ice cream! A bit expensive, but it's worth trying once
I ordered Matcha Premium base Build my own. It was so good! But kinda pricy but customer service is really good.
I do not eat many desserts, much less ice cream. Thank God there is not one of these places close to where I live. The preparation is interesting and fun to watch. The cold nitrogen adds a nice effect. Tons of flavor combinations available. I had the non dairy coconut cream base with several flavors and toppings. It was one of the best ice cream desserts I have ever had. I highly recommend trying this place out. The cost was very reasonable and affordable for a family. Service was great, helpful staff.
I got to try 4 different flavors. It's not only great to see them make your ice-cream right in front of you, but all 4 flavors tasted amazing. They are extra creamy and very luscious. I couldn't stop eating, but I finally had to when my stomach couldn't take in anymore ice-cream. I do have to say it's not cheap compared to other dessert places, but you get what you pay for. Their ice-cream is dense yet luxurious and buttery, it's not anything like I've tasted before.
Leaving aside the novelty of freezing ice-cream using liquid nitrogen, the ice-creams are quite smooth and creamy. They have some interesting flavor combos, and of course you can create your own. The toppings are quite frugal given that they are charged extra (for $1 I expect more than a thin sheen of caramel sauce - the coat was so thin and invisible that others in my group thought there was no topping).
The ice cream is made on the spot with liquid nitrogen. It is actually very good and the added toppings are a good perk. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that using the liquid nitrogen to make the ice cream yields ice cream that is incredibly cold. It is almost too cold to eat. I had to eat it very slowly to keep it from hurting my teeth (not normally an issue for me).
Really nice ice cream store. The ice cream is made in the store and there is a nice atmosphere. It can somewhat pricy and not sure whether them using Nitrogen to make the ice cream is actually better or just a placebo effect. Service is also very fast and great to have almost any time.
This is an expensive but very fun and delicious ice cream experience. Got a green tea ice cream here and it was awesome, including the free waffle to go with it. Bummer you can't mix ice cream flavors together, but they have a cool set of toppings to add-in. Worth at least one trip, especially if you have kids and want a reason for them to listen to you talk about science for more than 5 seconds before they get bored and want to go play angry birds instead.
I am in love with this place. Great employees, always happy which also shows the great work environment and corporate for Creamistry. Amazing, delicious, and to die for ice cream. Nitrogen ice cream perfection at every visit. Fast service even at there busiest hours. Great job for an amazing store, very satisfied. Always will be a returning customer.
Brilliant place for ice creams, they have the best ice creams. The ice creams are completely made from scratch even the atmosphere of this place is like that of a lab, you can see the nitrogen gas rising from the mixer tops. Flavors are great and the prices are reasonable. The only con was it wasn't kept clean. Especially the serving window. The table was messy and it was wet.
For ice cream, which I rarely have, I love the natural tasting smooth ice cream 🍦 that they have. It beats almost any other ice cream place. They have friendly service and always awkwardly welcome you when you walk in. It's always fun to see the Lewis hydrogen spill out as they make the ice cream. This goes on the pricier end of ice cream...technically, but my fiance and I can hardly share a two scoop, so it's not so bad when you share.
