Great bubble tea! It’s a small store in the shopping complex. Not much place to sit in the store but the complex has lot of place to sit and hangout. The complex has lot of Asian eateries and very lively. They hot and cold options and also different kind of milk and green teas. Tried their anteater drink. It’s a blend of Thai and class milk teas. Gave four star as they don’t have much customization of sugar level. Definitely a good place to try!

Best Lollicup location. It's a very small establishment in Irvine, next to 85 degree bakery. The line usually goes out the door, but they just incorporated two machines similar to ATMs where you can place your order. You receive a text message once the order is ready. I like this location because they incorporate some drinks created by customers. My husband's go-to drink is the Anteater (combination of milk tea with thai tea). I usually go for the grapefruit green tea (very refreshing). You can always adjust the sweetness in all drinks. This location no longer accepts cash.

Very popular place, but worth the wait in line. Their staff must be trained well because their drinks are always consistent and their boba is always the right chewy texture. The boba chef I think is the quiet one in the back of the joint, and he deserves kudos for cooking up consistent batches of chewy tapioca goodness.
