It's Thanksgiving, and the store was slammed! I was served by a younger gentleman who was, not only highly efficient, but incredibly pleasant, considering the obviously fast paced and stressful working conditions.
The lady working next to him also seemed efficient at her job, and had a pleasant expression on her face. Neither clerk appeared to be "put out" because they had to do their job. I would LOVE to have this kind of customer service every time I visited a convenience store!
Anyway, it was so busy, and things were moving so quickly, I didn't have a chance to wish them a Happy Thanksgiving, but I sure hope they have one!
I live close buy, been visiting this store for about 3 years. If you are nice to them they are nice to you. I've watched multiple Karen's get told to leave while going to this 711. If you read the reviews it's easy to see which ones are spoiled brats. It's a gas station, not Walmart people go back to your trailer park. people complaining back gas prices and 5$ headphones. there's like 30 other gas stations in the area. I come in all the time, once or twice a day. Lot of time around 3AM. Never have a problem. If I want fresh pizza or anything else, I've never been told no. No one has ever been rude to me day or night. But I've watch slez balls treat the workers rudely. So they get treated the same. It's just one of those things, treat people how you want to be treated, if you can't say something nice then keep your mouth closed and go elsewhere. yeah know?
