Well about 2 years ago I said to my son, there is no way a Chicken Salad restaurant will ever survive. Finally after 2 years I decided I had to try it because they keep opening up stores so something has to be right. Well I have to admit I was so wrong, the Chicken Salad was the best I’ve ever eaten, very very good. I was sitting eating my Chicken Salad when (did I mention I’m 77 yrs old) a young lady about 75 stopped and said, real men eat chicken salad, I swear to you that is a true story!!
We are totally addicted to the Carol chicken salad, one of the best we have had. Great to pickup for a simple lynch or dinner.

Chicken Salad Chick on Baymeadows. Super cute interior. Staff are all very friendly and attentive. The Chicken Salad is absolutely top notch, it's creamy and the chicken was nicely shredded. We had the family meal that comes with 2 Large Chicken Salads (we opted for Classic) a Large Side (we got the pasta salad), Bread (6 Large Croissants) and 6 mini Buttercream Cookies, with a gallon of sweet tea for $48 after taxes. They have a huge selection of Chicken salads and soups. Ordered on the website and picked up at the counter.
Also had their Fancy Nancy Chicken Salad which was a nice treat. It had grapes, almonds and apple. Refreshing and a great mix of flavors and textures.
