This is our first time in Jacksonville Flordia, and I can say that this is by far one of the best seafood restaurants we have gone to by far. Regardless of the other reviews, we had amazing customer service. Our waitress was very polite, upbeat, and was more then happy to help us with any questions. She even showed us how to eat some of the food. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and they had amazing music. I would most definitely recommend!

Place was nice,cozy,and laid back. Server was nice,although she didn't clear our table for trash. Food had nice flavor, but that Fifty-something dollar bag is slack. Small mussels and small clams. Should've been thrown in with no cost. Nice experience, but no hurry to return. Too expensive for not much seafood.

I have eaten crab legs all over the place and Crafty Crab is the best. They consistently have quality crab legs unlike other crab places I have eaten. Get the "Boom" season in mild and you can't go wrong...
