I've ordered the "Sweet & Spicy" wings at a few locations with some less than anticipated results. Overall this location has been good, I would like to commend one employee in particular, Heather is an absolute gem. I have observed her on numerous occasions and her demeanor as well as her professionalism is an asset to this location as well as to the company image. Apparently she really cares about her job, and the customers. I've observed her completing orders, handling customer issues, and explaining menu options with efficiency. She's a keeper.
Far too often I am faced with bad customer service at fast food restaurants. Let me just say tonight was different. I was serviced by a young man named CJ. This was by far the most respectful and customer friendly young man I’ve encountered in this field in a long time. It’s so easy to call and complain about bad service. Tonight I could not allow this young man’s exceptional customer service skills to go unnoticed. I called and asked the MOD to give him a raise😌 Job well done, CJ! Keep up the good work. You’ll surely go places with your attitude.
Was greeted by Ms. Helen coming in the door. They make you feel welcomed while your there. Courteous and professional. The food was very fresh and delicious.
