I don’t know what changed (management, the cooks, products) but the last few times I’ve been here the wings have been cooked PERFECTLY not hard and chewy and they ACTUALLY make my wings extra saucy as requested, they started putting seasoning salt on the fries where you can actually see and taste it and it’s always fresh and hot! Now if y’all can bring back the coleslaw and celery we’d be friends forever but otherwise keep up the good work guys!🤩

Went through the drive thru and ordered the new Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries. The cost was around 9 dollars and the portion size was enough for 2 as a main dish. I thought it was super tasty.

Not as packed as I remember it being when it first opened. But that made it even better to get the same great service that comes with a trip to Zaxby's. Fresh hot food, and smiling faces. Even tried something new that was suggested by the order taker to my brother. Will definitely, come back again when I'm in the area.
