Decided to try a new place for sushi and we were pleasantly surprised. Mindy was our waitress and she was very sweet and made some awesome. Recommendations on their signature sushi rolls. We tried the Ninja Roll and the Crazy Girl — yummy! I’ve never had a roll like this anywhere in Jax. We will be back!!

We've had sushi all over - near home, Europe, and even Japan, and all three of us thought this beat them all. Taste, artistic presentation, fabulous service - and if that weren't enough, very reasonable. In speaking with the owner, we could understand why the quality is so high - he has a passion and vision for food as a piece of art. We can't recommend Volcano enough!
