Had an enormous rib sandwich with sweet sauce. I was not dissappointed. Great ribs, sauce is on point, and the customer service was quick and friendly. Will definitely stop back by when in Jax.

PSA: always check ya food order before departing from ANY food establishment...no one is perfect! However MY visit last week on Wednesday resulted in PERFECT customer service from Ms. Nita. She handled the health inspector who arrived unknowingly, a disgruntled customer, and my 3year old son with grace and great customer service. And my food was DELICIOUS....and well prepared. Just what I needed at the end of a difficult morning!

I enjoyed the food which I have received yesterday. However I have to say those guys need additional help in the kitchen. It was difficult for them to keep up with the orders which we presented. At the same time, I am glad that my order was correct.
