I really enjoy each visit at this particular location. The wait time for your food isn't very long , the cashiers and Management are always friendly. The food is always hot and prepare just as I requested. Like always... " I'm lovin" it! " :-)

First time I ordered online. Everything was perfect from what I ordered and tasted and the temperature was also on point. McDonald's has stepped up their game at this downtown Jacksonville location. Go guys, keep up the good work and great food!!!

Despite being downtown and the staff having to deal with homeless harassing them and customers, this McDonalds is always delicious. The staff is always friendly. I have gotten food from here numerous times and it’s always been warm and delicious
