No matter how I order: (through the app, through a third party, or in person) they seem to always get it right. I remember one time ordering A pizza through the app and they personally Called me to let me know they didn’t have those and what I would like as a replacement for my son. Definitely a lot better than what other establishments would have done. They never go overboard and are always polite. I love this staff and this location. Keep up the good work guys. Might I add, I live within walking distance So consider me a regular.

I'm not sure why google always says this Subway is closed. It's open regularly. I stopped in for my first time to a Subway in 15 years. Won't visit Subway again for at least another 15. Food quality wasnt there. I've had much better gas station sandwiches. Furthermore, granted i ordered off a 'new' menu, two footlongs with no chips or drinks were $29. Wishing id gone to Firehouse or Publix instead. The staff was SUPER fast, friendly, clean, and professional here, though. Kudos to them. They earned the stars.

Beware the FAKE reviews! There are a few hateful liars who posted here. I have been patronizing this store almost 7 years now and with RARE exception, the folks who work there are VERY nice and they prepare fresh sandwiches the way I want them.. even suggest better combinations of rolls vs the type of meats I order. Only ONCE in 7 years did I receive a stale roll. The manager could not have been nicer, and she replaced the sub with a smile and an apology, even though I had already eaten half of it. Anyone who thinks *any* restaurant is perfect, is not living in reality. I've spent a lot more at Longhorn steak house and they screwed up as well, but, like Subway, took care of me. No, I do *not* work for Subway. However, be aware that competitors often post horrible reviews, trying to ruin nice places like this one.

To the gentleman working 1/5/19 around 11am, THANK YOU. Thank you for your amazing personality. You were so positive and I really needed that before going to work. You made my experience exceptional even though it lasted less than 10 minutes. If there was a tip line on my card receipt I definitely would have tipped you. Unfortunately I didnt have cash or else I would have. Keep spreading the positivity. Thank you again.

I used the Subway App to order my food prior to arrival at the store. When I arrived at the store, my food was finished. The subs were made as I had specified and the cookies were good. The staff seemed friendly in the brief interaction that I had with them. There is a pretty big indoor seating area at this location. It appeared to be clean.

This occurred the night of 12/14/18 Realized I hadn’t eaten all day and a friend of mine suggested we go to subway cause he always goes after gym. Gentleman there was nice when asking us what we wanted, and made everything look so appetizing, the sandwich looked appealing when he was making which made me want it more. When I paid for it I almost forgot my change which he reminded me about. Only thing negative that I can think of was the long wait but it was definitely worth it boy I was grabbing. I hope every time I come it’s like that sandwich.

This subway I always go to after my morning class at FSCJ to get lunch and I am always treated very nicely by the employees and they always do a good job on making my food for me. There is one employee in particular who is always there every Wednesday around 11:30 am who is really cool and fun to talk to. Always a good worker and I enjoy going there to talk to him while I get myself lunch at the same time. Great place overall

I had a new employee and told her what to.use to fix my chopped.salad. I see smaller containers are being used and found that to be a disappointment. For almost $8, I really was surprised. The restaurant.itself was very clean.

Amazing sandwiches and customer service there was only one guy making sandwiches as well as cashing people out and he kept the line moving and was very patient I got everything right both on the sandwiches as well as ring us up

Got an awesome sub this morning from the new manager at Subway. The store is looking much better. Her attitude was awesome will be back soon!

Great staff the black guy in the front super nice the Spanish Puerto Rican girl very nice as well I love going there lifts me up and they make amazing sandwiches I highly recommend
